Calculations

helsi calculates in your browser without an external calculation API, account, backend or database. Editing a field does not write measurements or nutrition inputs to browser storage.

Explicit local saves

Saving writes a name, date, tool identifier, units and validated inputs to localStorage under helsi.saved-calculations.v1. Other users of this browser profile can access them. Use Saved calculations to load, rename or delete entries. Clearing this site's browser data removes the library. There is no backup or cross-device sync. Private sessions may discard it when closed.

Links and summaries

Sharing puts the current input scenario in the URL fragment. That fragment is readable by recipients and scripts running on the page, and may remain in history, messages or clipboard tools. It is not sent as part of the HTTP page request. Copy summaries contain input values and results. Cross-tool links carry only the calorie target or selected training weight plus display units.

Hosting and external links

The hosting provider receives ordinary page requests and may process network metadata such as IP addresses and request paths. helsi has no active analytics, advertising scripts, tracking cookies or external fonts. Source and donation links open external services with their own policies. Do not put personal information in query strings or contact messages.

Changes and questions

Any future advertising or measurement integration requires a separate configuration and privacy review. Body measurements, nutrition targets, saved scenarios and shared payloads must never be sent to analytics. Contact the publisher about this policy.
